I.  How does it work and why is it so cheap? It's just because of low costs of running internet shop and selling things over the internet. Those internet mobile companies don't have to hire many people and places like shops or warehouses to sell phones and services. There is only a few people, a small office, a good web page and good contracts to major mobile networks like Orange, 3G, vodafone, T-Mobile, O2 and more. You can probably imagine the difference between costs. They work in a similar way to mobile shop networks like Carephone Warehouse, LINK, Phones 4U etc but with no shops - selling mobile phones in the internet.

V.    12 or 18 months contract. It's quite common nowadays to find 18 months contract. It may be a better deal sometimes but not always. Check all details before buying. If there is no information or you are not sure - ask (email) Your seller for details. Personally, I don't like long contracts and I always go for 1 year.

VI.     There is nothing to be afraid of. All of those are registered UK companies with positive feedbacks, selling mobile phones for some time now. Feel free to research them Yourself. VII.    Terms and conditions. You should read it Yourself before buying and signing a contract but here is a few important things to know.

1. You need UK bank account to set up a direct debit. You need to have funds or credit facilities to pay Your bill on time and avoid losing CASH BACK
2. You should also have UK credit or debit card on Your name to confirm Your address and name. It's usually 1 pound transaction to go out and in to Your card account.
3. You should be resident of UK.
4. You should be over 18 years old.
5. It's better to have a good credit history.
6. You also need to provide previous addresses in UK for a period of 2-3 years. Make sure You do it without any mistakes.
7. You also provide your job status and address.
8. It is possible to PORT YOUR NUMBER FROM ANOTHER NETWORK. In order to do it You should get PAC CODE from Your old network first and provide it during online or telephone buying process.

VIII.    CASH BACK
It is the way of getting your money back by cheque or bank transfer. Make sure You comply with all terms and conditions.

It will be paid after 3, 6, 9, 12 months. Sometimes after 6, 12. It depends on the company. More payments on 18 months contract.

Most common terms of getting CASK BACK:

1. all bills paid on time by direct debit
2. remaining on the same contract plan
3. You shouldn't cancel Your contract
4. You need to fax or post some bills with accompanied cash back claiming letter. You should do it in some time frame to get Your money back after a few weeks. Details may vary in different shops. Make sure You always read and accept term and conditions and just follow it to get Your money back.

IX.   Cost calculations examples

Option 1, shop: SIMPLY 3G
To get Your CASH BACK You must post Your 6th bill with cash back claiming letter by signed for postage in 28 days time. You will get your cheque back in the next 28 days. You must to do it again after 12th months of contract.

 Simply 3G - 9 months Half Price in 3G network, plan Talk n Text 900 (750 mins +150 texts) - 40 Ł a month:

1. 3 months half price (that's a network offer for all 3G mobiles) 20Ł ---> 3*20= 60Ł
2. 3 months of paying full price 40Ł ---> 3*40 = 120Ł
3. now You send your bill and letter after 6th month to get half price back---> 3*20 = 60Ł back
4. 6 months of paying full price 40Ł ---> 6*40 = 240Ł
5. now You send your bill and letter after 12th month to get half price back ---> 3*20= 60Ł back
